Characteristics

• The explosion-proof type of the lamp is gas explosion-proof composite type or dust explosion-proof type, which is suitable for lighting in gas or dust explosion hazardous places.
• The luminaire is mainly composed of an explosion-proof light source cavity, a composite electric cavity, and a mounting bracket.
• The LED radiator of the lamp is special aluminum alloy, the electrical cavity shell is made of aluminum alloy casting, and the outer surface of the lamp is sprayed with polyester powder.
• The luminaire uses tempered glass transparent cover, which has high light transmittance and good impact resistance.
• The lamp has the advantages of good corrosion resistance, high luminous efficiency, wide illumination range, and durability.
• The joint surface of the luminaire is equipped with rubber sealing ring to improve the protection performance of the luminaire. It is suitable for use in wet or outdoor explosion hazardous places.
• This explosion proof LED adopts CREE LED as light source, no dark spot, can save 60% or more on energy than Metal Halide Lamp. The light source has the advantages of energy saving, long service life, high luminous efficiency and good shock resistance, and is maintenance-free for a long time.
• The luminaire is bracket-mounted and can be used for seat mounting, suction wall mounting or pole mounting (see installation diagram). The luminaire is suitable for rubber sheathed flexible cable entry or interference tube entry.
