Characteristics

• This stainless steel ex luminaire is designed for coal mining face and the outer casing is made of 304 stainless steel.
• LED explosion proof light is forbidden to use aluminum alloy casing for coal mining face that meets the requirements of MT221 standard. Flameproof enclosure material: The outer casing of the electrical equipment for mining face can be made of gray cast iron with the grade no less than HT250. (GB38362, as specified in Appendix F1.1)
• The MT221 model means: DGC where “C” stands for the lighting of the mining face.
• The all-round self-circulating heat dissipation design can be applied to the working environment of the mining face for a long time; the upper and lower ventilation fin structure does not accumulate dust.
• Photoelectric integration technology, no dark areas of light spots, no ghosting, the overall lighting efficiency is as high as 100lmW, and the metal halide lamp energy saving is more than 60%.
• AC and DC universal, power factor up to 0.98.
• Fast and no welding on site Replaceable light source.
• The side-opening independent increased safety wiring compartment can be connected in parallel to save the cost of the junction box
